We grant a limited, personal, non-commercial license to browse and buy. The shop is intended for users 13 and older. Anyone under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the password on your account and for activity that happens under it. We may refuse a username, close an account, or cancel an order if we see misuse.

3. Purchases

Prices, photos, and availability can change. We may limit quantities or decline reseller orders. You agree to pay the charges shown at checkout, including shipping. Taxes may apply based on destination.

4. Returns

5. Color and copy

Screens differ; we do not guarantee that a monitor will match a garment in hand. We correct listing errors when we find them and may cancel an order if a price or description was wrong.

Text, photos, and marks on the site belong to Helms Knit Collective LLC or its licensors. Reviews you post may be displayed, edited for length, or used in shop materials without extra payment.

7. Prohibited use

Do not scrape the catalog, impersonate other customers, overload the site, or resell product listings. We may block access that harms the shop or other shoppers.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Helms Knit Collective LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct damages related to these terms are capped at $100, except where a state’s law requires otherwise.
